Layer style

Stacked: the bottom layer runs under the others, so small gaps don't show.

The width of the design itself. Empty space around it is trimmed.

Lines

Outlines only is for laser cutting. Cricut and other vinyl cutters cut along the edges either way.

How to vectorize a logo

  1. Upload the largest version

A PNG with a transparent background is best. A screenshot or a tiny favicon loses detail.

  2. Check the colors

Auto finds the logo’s colors. If two shades merged or one is missing, set Number of colors yourself.

  3. Set exact brand colors

Click a layer’s swatch and type the hex code from your brand guide. Only the color changes; the shapes stay the same.

Tips for a crisp logo

  • Small lettering: switch Detail to High and lower Smooth edges a little so letter corners stay sharp.
  • Gradients turn into bands of color. For cutting that’s usually what you want; for print, Full color keeps more steps.
  • For vinyl: Stacked hides small gaps between colors; Cutout uses less vinyl.
  • For a website: set the unit to px and use Copy SVG code, or download the file.

Questions

Will my logo come out exactly like the original?

Very close for logos with flat colors and clear edges. Very thin lines and tiny text can lose a little detail; High detail helps. A designer’s original vector file is always the most exact, so ask for it if one exists.

Can I use the SVG on my website?

Yes. Choose px as the unit and use Copy SVG code or download the file. Each color is a group of shapes, so it’s easy to restyle.

Can I convert someone else’s logo?

Only with permission. Logos are usually trademarks, so convert your own logo or one you’re allowed to use.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up and no watermark.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. The conversion runs on your own device inside this page, so your picture never leaves your browser.
